Hello, and thank you for wanting to get to know about me.  

In 2004, I came across a nervous breakdown due to over excessive work in the restaurant business. A restaurant that has been the backbone and the financial support of my family. My husband and I moved our family from New York City to Waterbury CT looking to find a more serene lifestyle to raise our family.  Our restaurant La Cazuela became home to hundreds of Latinos missing the taste of their homeland in the Waterbury community.  It rapidly became very successful and with that came many hours of hard work to meet the demands of our thriving business. I have been a health-conscious person for over 25 years. But it wasn’t until I started to have anxiety and panic attacks symptoms that lead me to seek help with a Natural Path where I underwent a detox treatment to balance my nervous system.

As I went through that path, I became passionate about educating myself to help others live a more natural holistic approach. In 2005 I decided to study culinary arts at Lincoln Tech Institute graduating in 2007 and becoming the first Latina Chef. With that came an ambitious dream to have the first Nuevo Latino Cuisine in CT. Where I was able to present the most delicious clean eating our community would ever taste. Mojo Nuevo Latino Cuisine opened its door in 2015.  

 

In 2009 I graduated as a Certified Natural Health Professional. In  2018 I Completed a diploma in Holistic Iridology with the International Institute of Iridology. I now offer clinical services in Waterbury, CT, and a Holistic Wellness Center the Holis Clinic in the Dominican Republic where clients have excellent services provided by professional Holistic Natural Doctors.

I have emerged myself in everything wellness creating my own line of health products to enhance the quality of life of all who seek a detox-free life. Addy's Naturals is a complete regimen for a healthier digestive system including vitamins, and collagen for healthier hair, nails, and skin.
